Adopting a holistic outlook towards defense and high tech investments, Aksa Akrilik entered into an agreement to acquire 50 percent stake in DowAksa Advanced Composites Holdings B.V. Aksa Akrilik undertakes a transformation in energy in parallel with the transformation in production. As a result of the restructuring process started in late 2024 based on its sustainable growth and specialization targets, the energy division which was part of Aksa Akrilik started performing its operations as an independent corporate entity, namely Akset Enerji Üretim A.Ş.
