Express Career Internship Program

Are you ready to "Jumpstart Your Career!" at Aksa, the world's largest acrylic fiber producer, with the Express Career Internship Program? Ekspres Kariyer is a project-based internship program for 3rd-4th year undergraduate and graduate students! The program supports Ekspres Kariyer students, who work full-time in various departments of our company during the summer semester, to make more informed decisions about their careers by experiencing the business environment, while giving us the opportunity to work with our future colleagues for a long time and get to know them closely. In addition to the projects they take part in, Express Careers participate in personal development trainings and receive personality inventory feedback. At the end of the program, they complete the internship program by sharing their projects, general evaluations about Aksa , suggestions for improvement and career goals in a presentation with the participation of our senior management.

High School Skills Internship Program

The High School Skills Internship Program is an internship program designed for students studying at vocational high schools. This program aims to provide students with the opportunity to closely experience the dynamics and practices of professional business life and to contribute to their development as well-equipped individuals in the sector.

What does Express Career Offer?

Interview Experience: You will experience the recruitment process including video interview, foreign language test, personality inventory and feedback.

Work Experience: By taking part in projects and working with expert managers and teams, you will experience professional business life and discover your competencies that will guide your professional development.
