Orientation Program
We offer a comprehensive and effective experience with the Orientation Program, which we have been implementing for many years to accelerate and facilitate the adaptation processes of our new employees, according to their positions.
Those hired in specialist and higher positions learn AKSA's processes in depth thanks to the Recognition Training, while those working at the operational level have the opportunity to get to know AKSA's functioning closely and establish strong bonds with their new teammates through the field tour.
We apply a "Guide system" to all new employees in order to convey the right information through learning from each other.
In this way, we aim to make the adaptation processes of all our employees more efficient and effective, and to ensure that every new employee joining the AKSA family adapts to their duties in the fastest and best way possible. It is of great importance for us that each employee feels valuable in this process and that their development is supported in the best way possible.
