Our Communication Channels
We have many communication channels through which our employees can convey their suggestions and ideas. The Representative Committee, which was established to convey employee suggestions, problems, and requests to senior management and to ensure that company decisions and practices are disseminated to employees, acts as a bridge between employees and management. We listen to and implement feedback through our communication and feedback channels, such as Ask HR and Contact the Representative Committee, which are available in our BGA Mobile Application, as well as our suggestion system and the Proudly Together AKSA (BGA) Mobile Application, such as “Ask HR” and “Communication with the Representative Committee.”
